Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. All orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout, so please double-check it for accuracy. Shipping times vary by location; once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Afterpay allows you to split your payment into installments, which is great for higher-priced items. All prices are in USD, but other currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders typically take 5–10 business days, or up to 2 weeks during holidays. This includes production plus shipping.

  • Smaller packages ship via USPS Priority (2–3 business days)

  • Larger packages ship via UPS Ground (3–5 business days)

International shipping times vary depending on local customs. Please note: I am not responsible for lost packages once they leave my hands or enter customs.

How are prints packaged?

  • Prints smaller than 16×20” (unframed) and apparel are shipped in protective envelopes.

  • Larger prints, canvases, or framed works are securely wrapped in bubble packaging and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage.

What paper and ink do you use?

Prints are made on thick archival fine art paper (matte or glossy depending on the artwork) and printed with 10 archival pigment inks. Unlike standard home printers, these inks provide a vivid, long-lasting color range that can last over 200 years. Each print is produced at 600 dpi for realistic, detailed results.

Do prints have a border?

Most prints include a small margin: about ¼” on the sides and ½” on the top and bottom. Some prints are made borderless. You can request your preference when ordering.

What is your return/refund policy?

Because I’m a one-person artist business, please order carefully.

I am not responsible for lost packages due to USPS or UPS. If your item is lost, I may be able to offer a replacement if you cover shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, email me at mikehamart94@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. I will review and, if possible, provide a replacement.
